An in-depth Level II course for existing Breath AS Medicine Instructors. (Exemptions include those who are certified in another breath training course.)  What's Involved?

  • 6 sessions of breathwork course study learning 20+ years of Ed's knowledge and experience with breath regulation

  • 6 2-Hr LIVE sessions

  • LIVE sessions held Tuesdays 3pm to 5pm MST 

  • Active Learning:  Each participant comes prepared monthly with case studies of client and/or patient coaching sessions to advance our professional knowledge and skill set

  • LIFETIME access to recorded sessions

  • Exams on course content (10 questions per exam)

  • Continuing Education Credits:

    • 12 CEC's NB-HWC (full attendance is required)

    • 1.50 CEC's ACE Fitness (full attendance is required)

This interactive LIVE Masterclass training will provide you with the complete skill set to apply breath regulation tools and strategies for each client experience.  Students from both the 15-hour & 25-hour Breath AS Medicine breath trainings are invited to participate.  Exemptions include those who are certified in another breath training course.  Course consists of LIVE training sessions as well as access to EdTv, LIFETIME access to recorded sessions, Breath AS Medicine Marketing Materials, Research, Q&A and more. 

Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills to deliver ADVANCED breath techniques & sequenced breathwork practices

  • Incorporate daily self care routines to reduce occupational stress and relieve burnout while building resilience

  • Be equipped to deliver breathwork techniques and/or sequences for EACH client experience

  • Improve dysfunctional breath rates and patterns with your clients and/or patients (adults and children)

  • Apply breath regulation exercises related to heart health, sleep disorders, autonomic nervous system dysregulation, upper respiratory conditions, cognition, mood, trauma & PTSD, exercise & fitness performance, weight-loss and more

  • Navigating Covid-19 with breathwork strategies in overcoming lung and nervous system dysregulation with patient/client care
