About the event

Breathing rates and patterns influence our biochemistry, biomechanics, physiology & psychological states of being.  Mouth and nasal breathing differ dramatically in how they physiologically support the body.  As Heart Disease and Stress continue to be the leading factors in chronic illness, it's imperative our exercise and fitness routines incorporate strategies that support the heart and autonomic nervous systems to receive the proper detoxification and revitalization of our cells and our mind.  For this, we go to our breath.
