It’s possible to have good and bad leadership qualities, but you can’t be a good and a bad leader. There are certain characteristics in a leader that defines you on either end of the spectrum. It is not an easy thing to be a leader, and a good one for that matter. Think of it as a constant and ongoing cycle of evolving and developing yourself to improvement.
