Pillar 1: Breathe Deeply

How we breathe is one of the most important functions of the body as all other functions and systems of the body depend upon it. Yet, breathing is the most undervalued tool we use for health and freedom from disease.

Breathing patterns determine the physiologic response from the body. The average American takes 15 breaths per minute in a resting state AND rarely draws the breath beyond the upper chest. Our respiration communicates the response from our brain and nervous system. This many breaths per minute activates the flight or flight system or sympathetic nervous system; a system designed for emergencies only!

Living in the stress system sends harmful levels of chemicals/hormones into the body. These hormones lower energy levels, over stimulate adrenal & pituitary function, weaken digestion, metabolic imbalances, increase cardiovascular function and opens the doorway for diseases & health conditions like obesity, mood disorders (depression & anxiety), gastrointestinal disorders, heart conditions, upper respiratory diseases, immune system diseases just to name a few.

At a time when stress on contributing to 90% of most chronic illness conditions, it’s imperative we learn the skills to create autonomic balance in the body/mind.


Pillar 2: Love Completely

We have been taught that the brain is the one in control while the rest of the body responds to its’ commands. And, while it’s true that the brain plays a vital role in how our body in responding physiologically and biochemically, science has revealed the heart is approximately 60 times greater electrically and up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain.

How we feel changes the electromagnetic field and its’ communication to the brain linking our emotional response to our ability to be healthy. In other words, the happier you feel, the healthier you will be.

Heart Disease is the #1 chronic illness condition and killer in the US. No matter how much you exercise or eat well, if our emotional health is out of balance, so is our ability to be healthy.

Pillar 3: Live Mindfully

If you are like most people, you may be going through life on auto-pilot and are seldom aware of the energetic frequencies you are sending out into the world. You see, our thoughts create our life.

Which means YOU are creating the life you’re living. We draw to us the people and situations that support our thoughts and emotions. These thoughts create an emotional response which creates a behavioral response (or action or manifestation). It’s basic physics as “like energy attracts like energy”. We attract who and what we believe we are.

Cultivating an awareness-based model for living both personally and professional affords us the opportunity to identify and move away from nonproductive thought patterns & unconscious behaviors.  As we develop and embrace these skills, we begin to “ACT” in accordance with our greatest desires. In other words, we learn to live in alignment with what we say we desire.

Awareness | Choice | Transformation

We are all born with this innate ability to materialize thoughts into physical form. Those thoughts are derived from on the belief systems and life experiences to date. But, imagine that our unconscious and/or subconscious are driving 90% of our daily choices based on these belief systems and experiences. So for many, we’re moving through life unaware that our actions are not in alignment with our intentions.

Whenever you release all of your internal blocks and resistances to having what you want, and feel as if your desire has already manifested in the here and now, we “transform from the inside out” and move away from limiting belief systems.
